Designing for all taste palettes from Concept to Final Product

We deliver quality products that stay within the predefined budget by identifying and adapting to changes much earlier in the entire process, avoiding an irreversible stage where the cost of changes is higher.

Complex systems are easy to create. It takes a surgical approach to craft functional designs that enable users to feel good while using the web/software or an app.

Creating simple and meaningful interfaces across screens requires careful orchestration of all the key ingredients.

DESIGN SERVICES

Interface, Experience & Visuals

With years of experience in the trenches, working with a variety of business domains and solution types, GRAPHIDETS. has elaborated on core principles of UI design and implementation that enable us to perfectly combine solution usability and functionality with quality of implementation. We consistently assure the following UI / UX design attributes of every delivered solution:

WIREFRAMING AND PROTOTYPING

With comprehensive experience and expertise in the web development industry, we have an advanced website development process that has been designed to ensure productivity and superior quality output. The development process commences with the website specifications document that is structured to capture the client’s requirements and expectations. The information is then communicated to our team of developers who work towards meeting and exceeding the expectations of the client. This is then followed with thorough quality assurance testing.

Wireframes

Utilizes wireframing as a basic technique to reduce the cost and risk involved in developing complex interactive systems. We follow a rapid iterative refinement approach, acquiring essential feedback early in the process and bringing focus to objectives, scenarios and intended functionality with increasing levels of fidelity.

Graphic Mockups

Our graphic designers start the iterative process of mocking-up visual page designs to Finally come up with thoughtfully conceived, beautifully executed user interfaces that truly work.
At this stage, moodboards with examples of color palettes, texture and typography are utilized to define customer's aesthetics preferences and design directions
02

Clickable Prototypes

The clickable prototypes delivered by flexion enable users to quickly test simple elements or complex behaviors, interacting with the prototype as they would with the end product.
Requiring little time and effort, these prototypes allow for identifying opportunities for improvement, driving adoption, productivity, user satisfaction and profitability of the final solution.
03

Proof-of-Concept

A proof-of-concept (POC) touches on all levels of the system implementation, requiring, besides UI prototyping, engagement of software engineers for development of a specific slice of functionality.
Project teams at flexion produce POCs rapidly and efficiently, providing our customers with alpha products for evaluation and validation with all stakeholders prior to hand off for production development.

Digital Experience

UI/UX Design

Design is no longer about the wow factor. UI/UX Design is about providing personalization, simplicity, convenience, minimalism, engagement, and accessibility. We will create your brand identity with an eminently crafted visual strategy to maximize all opportunities of your business growing.

Strategy Workshop

Whether creating a new product from scratch or revamping current experience, we work as a UX UI consultant to have a collaborative approach involving key stakeholders to get everybody’s knowledge and understanding of the project. This brings alignment in terms of end-user persona and business needs.

Defining User Persona

To understand your requirements better, we create detailed user personas to define your audiences. We believe it is a crucial responsibility as a leading UX UI design agency. Then, we devise the outcome to do further qualitative and quantitative research and analytics.

Empathy Mapping

The benefits of doing empathy mapping are manifold. We believe it removes bias from our designs and aligns the team on a single, shared understanding of the user’s empathy like what they head, see, do, or listen. We then discover weaknesses in our research, uncovers user needs that the user themselves may not even be aware of, understand what drives users’ behaviors which finally guide us towards what user is feeling or thinking.

Analyzing Competitor Landscape

It’s important to identify with whom you are competing. This helps in defining both offensive and defensive strategic context to identify opportunities and threats. The way we do it- identify potential competitors and their target customers, specify key matrices or competencies and assign each one a score. Then rate each of them on the identified matrices and plan on what we need to do and what not in the UX UI product design planning.

Mind Mapping and Card Sorting

This is the step where we involve product owners, developers, managers and finally, designers to throw every data we’ve collected on the wall. We then group each of them on sticky notes. The sorted map should have similar and related components of an application in chunks giving us a base to form a menu structure from a high-level view.
